Configure PassRate to match how you run your driving school.
Organization Settings
Go to Settings (in the sidebar) to update:
- Business Name — Displayed on emails and invoices.
- Contact Email — Where pupil enquiries and system notifications go.
- Default Lesson Duration — Set to 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours.
- Currency — GBP by default.
Stripe Connect
From Settings, you can onboard to Stripe Connect. This is required to accept payments through PassRate. The onboarding flow is handled by Stripe — you will be redirected to their secure form and returned once complete.
Instructor Availability
Use the Schedule page to set your recurring weekly availability. The grid shows Monday–Sunday with hour blocks from 6am to 10pm. Click any block to toggle it on or off. Changes save automatically.
Adding Instructors
If you run a multi-instructor school, each instructor gets their own account under your organization. They set their own availability and manage their own pupils — but you can see everything from your dashboard.
