2.2 Pupil data

As a driving instructor, you may enter information about your pupils including their name, licence number, test dates, and lesson progress. You are the data controller for this information.

2.3 Usage data

We collect anonymised usage data to improve our service, including pages visited, features used, and error reports.

2.4 Payment information

We do not store your credit card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we only store references to your Stripe customer and payment records.

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the PassRate service
• Process your subscription payments
• Send you service-related emails (lesson reminders, payment receipts, account notifications)
• Improve and develop new features
• Respond to your support requests

Your data is stored on servers located in the United Kingdom. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except for information we are required to retain by law.

We do not sell your data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• With Stripe (our payment processor) to process payments
• With Amazon Web Services (our infrastructure provider) for hosting
• When required by law or to protect our rights
