! How do I get started?
Sign up for a free trial at the registration page. You'll have full access to all features for 14 days — no credit card required. After that, choose the Professional plan to continue.
! Can I import my existing pupil data?
Yes! Contact us at [email protected] and we'll help you import your pupil records from spreadsheets or other systems.
! Is PassRate suitable for a one-person driving school?
Absolutely. PassRate works great whether you're a solo instructor or a school with multiple instructors. You can invite additional instructors as your school grows.
! How do Stripe payments work?
PassRate integrates with Stripe to handle lesson package payments. You'll need a Stripe account (free to set up). Payments go directly to your Stripe account — PassRate doesn't hold or process your funds.
